The TCAF State Track and Field Meet will be held on April 17, 2021 at Springtown Porcupine Stadium, located at, 495 Pojo Rd, Springtown, Texas 76082.  All Final Field events will be held on the morning of the 17th while all running finals will begin at approximately 1:30 p.m.  There will be an event schedule posted on the Track and Field Sections under “Athletics” segment above.  Ticket prices will be

Adults:  $10.00

Students and Seniors:  $3.50

Tickets must be purchased online beginning April 12 at 8:00 a.m. vial the following url:  https://www.springtownisd.net/Page/12001

You may park in the large parking lot just west of the press box.  Entry into the stadium will be at the north gate and specifically, the northwest gate by the stadium.  It will be the only way in and the only way out, if you need to leave.

The receipt on your phone must be presented for entry at the stadium.  Masks ARE recommended.  Once in the stadium and you are able to “social distance” the mask may be removed.  When going to the concessions stand and / or the restrooms, it is recommended that you wear the mask.  It gets crowded while in line at the concessions area.

There are multiple restrooms at the stadium and all should be open.  The field event area is located behind the visitor’s bleachers.  There, you will find the pole vault, the Triple and Long Jump Pits, as well as the shot put and the discus rings.  The press box is off limits to all except coaches and meet administrators.  Please do not ask to be there.

Please practice spectator safety and stay out of the runway areas and the shot and disc throwing areas.  We will have many of the same certified judges at the state meet that we had at the Regional Meet.  Please respect their judgement and allow them to work.  They are more than qualified at what they do.

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPS ON THE INFIELD.  THE ONLY PERSONNEL THAT SHOULD BE ON THE INFIELD OF THE TRACK ARE THOSE PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE WARMING UP FOR THEIR RACE.  All others should be at the team camps or in the bleachers.  This includes coaches, parents, fans, students, and athletes.  If you are working a station on the infield then you are more than welcome.  If not, then please exclude yourself from being there.

As for camps, no camps, blankets, laying around should be on that infield.  There is plenty of space outside the “interior fence” of the stadium for camps.  Please keep your camps at least 25 feet apart and please clean up your area when the meet is over.  Camps or tarps are permitted in the bleachers if you desire that.  The area underneath the visitors’ bleachers is a storage area and is not for camping.  You may set up underneath the home bleachers.

Please come and enjoy the day.  Support your student athletes and respect the stadium.  The “meet staff” at Springtown takes second seat to no one in this business.  They put on a spectacular meet and the jumbotron is used to post times, finishes, etc.

Get your Meet Schedule at : https://www.tcafellowship.com/track-program

Enjoy the day!  See you there!

All bus parking should be at the south end of the complex.  Athletes, coaches, and drivers should then walk to the front doors of the Byers Complex and enter there.

All fans should wait in the foyer until the gym is emptied and cleaned as required by LCCS.

Tickets must be purchased online at the following url:

You can either present your receipt or have it handy on your phone screen.  In addition, a face covering is required by both TCAF and LCCS for entry.  It should also be worn while in attendance at the game you are attending.

After leaving the gym, please have another ticket purchased if you plan to attend a later game.  The tickets purchased are good only for that specific game.

  2. Pictures will be taken by TCAF Staff
  3. There will be 2 minutes placed on the clock and you may take your pictures during that time and then you should immediately leave the court.

If a school has a boys and a girls team in the finals, fans do NOT have to purchase tickets for each.  Simply exit after the game you attend and re-enter showing the same ticket you purchased for the other team of your school.

Due to covid, seating will be limited to those fans who have purchased a ticket for that school playing.  If tickets are available after the two schools' fans have entered, you may purchase for another school if there are any left.

The gym will be emptied after each game on both Thursday and Saturday.  You enter through the front doors of the Byers Complex and you leave through the west doors or other end of the gym .  There are two sets of doors there, one set on the home side and one set on the visiting side.  The Home team fans will be located on behind the scorer's table and the visitors opposite.

There will be no concessions at the game.  Plan accordingly.  There is no food nor drink allowed in the gymnasium due to Covid policies.  Only bottled water is permissible.  Please cooperate and abide by this policy.  Police your area when you leave and leave it clean.  That will be much appreciated.
